All Levels classes are taught with a compassionate and healing style of yoga suitable for any body. All classes start with a joint freeing series to increase circulation and range of motion in all the major joints in the body. Standing poses, vinyasa flows and balancing poses are offered with multiple options to choose from. These classes offer more challenging poses and sequences always with safety in mind. All classes end with a guided deep relaxation to absorb and integrate all of the energy that you have created.
