A Gentle class to stretch, strengthen and increase stamina through the breath.
Gentle classes are taught with a compassionate and healing style of yoga suitable for beginners, seniors and people with health issues. All classes start with a joint freeing series to increase circulation and range of motion in all of the major joints of the body. This alone can often decrease joint pain. Standing poses and gentle flows are then introduced with modifications offered and encouraged. Balancing poses increase strength, build bone density and confidence. All classes end with a guided deep relaxation to absorb and integrate all of the energy you have created.
