Thie one hour class is 30 minutes of Restorative Yoga, using props such as blankets and pillows to support your body during long holding stretches and Yoga Nidra, "yogic sleep", which is a guided meditation meant to bring you to a state of consciousness between awake and asleep. Both practices promote deep relaxation.
