All Levels Yoga

All Levels classes are taught with a compassionate and healing style of yoga suitable for any body. All classes start with a joint freeing series to increase circulation and range of motion in all of the major joints of the body. Standing poses, vinyasa flows, and balancing poses are offered with multiple options to choice from. These classes offer more challenging poses and sequences always with safety in mind. All classes end with a guided deep relaxation to absorb and integrate all of the energy you have created.

  • All Levels-Floor, HIPS, Core

    In this class the Hips are the star of the show! Starting on the floor, we will. stretch, strengthen and stabilize the hips from every direction. Add in some core work and you have all the ingredients for a strong healthy spine.

  • All Levels-Floor Stretching and Tapping

    Starting on the floor, we will slowly stretch and release tension in the whole spine. Adding tapping to specific acupressure points to further reduce tension and promote relaxation.

  • All Levels-Deep Hip Dive to a Bind

  • All Levels-Summer Solstice Full Moon Salutations

    Warm all of your joints and move with the energy of the Summer Solstice. We will salute the Full Moon energy as well. This is a well balanced, high energy class

  • All Levels- Hip Stabiity, Core, Low Back

    This well-balanced class facilitates low back health by strengthening and stabilizing the hips and core muscle groups.

  • All Levels- Hip Flexors, Psoas, Core (1)

    Identify, stretch and strengthen your hip flexors. This, combined with core strengthening and stabilization can really support a strong healthy low back.

  • All Levels-Well Balanced

    This class has everything! Deep stretches and lots of warm-ups, challenging balancing poses, slow moving flows with a guided relaxation to round out your practice.

  • All Levels-Floor Stretch with Blanket

    This class will deeply stretch and open the whole spine using a yoga blanket.
    As you relax and release while being totally supported with a folded yoga blanket, you may find a new level of letting go.

  • All Levels-Full Moon Energy

    A well balanced class to feel as sense connection and grounding to the earth. This intention of this class is to increase energy and vitality.
